Garrett represents clients of investment sales transactions. His preparation and negotiation experience garner results for his clients- felt at the closing table.

He serves clients by planning for disposition with strategic positioning, using actionable steps and real ideas. An extensive technical background allows him to give expert opinions about financial and relevant property-related value drivers.

Known for a personable and straightforward approach, Garrett’s service-oriented nature helps clients get comfortable, even in unchartered waters.

Garrett holds a B.B.A. from SMU’s Cox School of Business, where he completed five internships and other consulting ventures prior to graduating. Garrett also represented his alma mater in a sale transaction in 2021.

Originally from East Texas, Garrett lives in Dallas with his wife Sophie, and son, Gus.
